Things I worked on so far!!

- Currently leading web efforts to improve the content reporting experience on LinkedIn. Improve reporting reasons discovery and improve quality of reports. Also, make our reviewers more efficient.

- Led a team of 2 engineers to built Appeal system for our members. This system provides members an opportunity to appeal the decision made by LinkedIn on their content or their reports

- Help our cross-funtional partners to onboard onto our Reporter and Author Experiences

- Helping new engineers to onboard on the team and guide them with engineering system and product knowledge.

- Built LinkedIn's first Reporter and Author Experience from the ground up to increase member's trust in the platform. Worked with cross-functional teams in Trust Org across US and India.

- Worked closely with Product and Legal to understand new government policies across different LinkedIn markets. And, build experiences and systems to make LinkedIn compliant with new policies.

- Build web applications with an accessibility-first mindset to help it scale to wide range of members.

- Built voice bot system using Python, AWS LEX, AWS Lambda and AWS Connect. The system provides users with information about their trips and bookings. This has reduced call propensity to call center by 10%.

- Developed user on-boarding experience module using ReactJS and Java Spring Boot to provide a smooth e-commerce experience to the users.

- Working across multiple teams to optimize web application user experience to efficiently display relevant information. This has greatly reduced Customer calls.

- Developed Help Center webapp using Java Spring Boot and ReactJS to serve users with FAQs. User can also provide feedback about the FAQs which we use to measure FAQ helpfulness.

- Built web application to configure, monitor and debug BeamCraft (Network capacity enhancer antenna system)

- Added HeartBeat feature to periodically check health of the antennas which are connected to web application

- Built Polling system to actively monitor antenna memory usage, power consumption, temperature. Developed a dashboard to display this information in the form of different graphs and charts

- Built a feature to send emails notifications to authorized team when the readings on the antenna goes beyond the predefined threshold.

- Developed cross-browser interactive Math game for McGraw Hill Education which could be played with one or two player(s)

- Developed core Math module to for Math calculations.

- Worked on Math Tools, Technologically Enhanced Assessment Item(TEAI), project for Discovery Education

- Developed a web assessment portal (TEAI) which allows teachers to create tests and assignments for students and review their progress

- Participated in wire-frame/ story-board discussions.

- Wrote automation test scripts using Selenium Web-driver
